Well, here are the stats: -No medication for 1.5-3 yrs -Weight loss: 20+ lbs (at the time of the video) -Regular, normal cycle I’m taking lots of vitamins and supplements in addition to exercising daily and I feel better now than ever before. Can anyone help with PCOS and Weight loss!?

I’ve had PCOS for a couple of years now. I was on Provera to kick my cycle. And I started going to a different ob, who finally actually diagnosed me with PCOS. I’m now doing Prometrium at the beginning of each month with the metiformin. My fiance and I are getting married August 22, 2009. And we both want a baby so bad. I’m hoping to get prego soon. But I have a feeling that because I’m 5″7 and 240, I need to lose the weight for any of this to work. This month is my second month of the prometrium. And last month I didn’t ovulate at all. I checked it. So any weight loss plans or advice for me would be great!!!!

What to Do When the Doctor Says It’s PCOS: Put an End to Irregular Cycles, Infertility, Weight Gain, Acne, and Unsightly Hair Growth
No Comments

Product DescriptionPolycystic ovarian syndrome is the number one cause of irregular periods and infertility in women. It affects 10% of women worldwide. PCOS is a condition of overproduction of androgens by the ovaries. In essence, the ovaries produce too much testosterone, causing abnormal hair growth, irregular or absent menstruation/ovulation, acne, and small benign cysts on the ovaries. If left undetected, PCOS can lead to cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. While researchers haven?t determined the cause of PCOS, they know it is linked to insulin resistance, which causes obesity. That?s where this book comes in. Insulin resistance can be controlled with a low-carb diet fairly easily. What to Do When the Doctor Says It?s PCOS gives sufferers a diet and nutritional treatment program that goes beyond the usual regimen of birth control pills and fertility drugs. It can be used as an alternative and/or adjunct to their current treatments. Cheryl Kimball is a free-lance writer and editor. Fat storage in the hips & the buttocks is actually where you want it to be as it is the shape that makes a woman look womanly. Are you considering using the 500 calorie diet to lose weight? If you are in a hurry the 500 calorie diet could be precisely what you’re looking for. However this is an extreme form of dieting and if not done properly it could be more harmful than useful to you. Increasing of calorie intake is a weight loss diet strictly limited by the type of food you can consume. It is very important what carbon-hydrate you take such as bread noodles rice cereals milk some fruits and sweets which leads to significant reduction of calories that are stored.

RESEARCH VITAMINS AND SUCH! ONE MULTIVITAMIN DOES NOT FIT ALL, and even then, you may not be getting all you need from a multivtm. It’s important to know. My mom purchases our vitamins through lindbergnutrition catalog, and buys Nature’s Way and Herbalife in The Vitamin Shoppe (as far as I know). *And if you can afford it, go see a holistic doctor/ chiropractor.*

www.vamlltrm.blogspot.com Hello Everyone! I began my new life in March of 2007. By August of 2007 I had lost 80 lbs, and after 4 years of trying with no success, I finally became pregnant, but unfortunately suffered a loss. I got right back on my regimen. And, by March 2008 I was down 102 lbs. By September of 2008 I had reached a total weight loss of 115 pounds when my husband and I found out we were pregnant again COMPLETELY naturally! Our little guy arrived on May 15, 2009! I am so emotional, fired up and passionate about what i did for myself. I decided i was FED UP with being overweight, tired, hairy, childless, bitter and utterly miserable! I want to share this with you all. I want you guys to feel how wonderful i feel now, about myself and my life and even my PCOS! If you’re ready to make the change. The change to happiness and hope, contact me. I am always more than happy to share with other women with this, and similar disorders b/ci truly want to bring everyone with PCOS to the same place of hope and acceptance that i was FINALLY able to achieve. You may have PCOS…but PCOS does NOT have you!!
