Rapid Weight Loss – Advice To Help You
No Comments

The key to rapid weight loss is starting out right, if you approach your diet in the wrong way then you only end up making things harder for yourself whilst undergoing the diet as well as in the long run. The main thing to remember when dieting is that most of our weight loss effort needs to be based around calories. Rapid weight loss depends greatly on the calorie intake, and the calorie burning functions in our body. With this in mind starting out with any dieting plan, rapid weight loss program or a longer term effort needs to start with gathering our personal calorie count. This can be done in many ways – but no better than online and for free with the use of a calorie counter, or a calorie calculator. It´s a simple process and only takes a few minutes to complete but the benefits and effects can be immense providing you use the data collected in the right manner. Remembering the vital rules of dieting and combining those with your new knowledge of your calorie intake and calorie burning activities will set you on the way to your goal of rapid weight loss. The Vital Rules – It is of utmost importance that even when you are dieting and attempting your rapid weight loss efforts that you still eat regularly and of sizeable amounts, don´t be lured into the trap that by not eating you will shed pounds – this is not true and you are only damaging your body. Remember the dieting program we are discussing is based around calories, don´t starve your body. Your New Knowledge – Everybody is unique in their calorie intake, calorie burning rate and how their body deals with the calories, therefore using an online calorie counter will help you determine how your body is functioning with your lifestyle. You can then benefit in your rapid weight loss efforts by utilizing this information as the foundation of your weight loss program. To gain this knowledge is simple, enter your information of an average days food consumption in to an online form along with your calorie burning activities – this can be from regular exercise all the way through to weeding the garden. Any steady movement induces calorie burning, it doesn´t have to be a vigorous workout. Once you have entered your information as accurately as possible the program generates your information and you have started a new dieting campaign to help you achieve your rapid weight loss target successfully. This information was supplied by Calorie Counter Pro – A dedicated site to offering tips, advice and information to help you help yourself – and this must start with the free online calorie calculator offered by them to help you succeed and loss that extra weight rapidly.

I forgot to ask my Doc about weight loss, can you help?

I forgot to ask my Doc a couple of questions concerning weight loss and I am hoping some of you can answer these for me?
I am following the recommended diet. I have my diabetes under control now with just diet and a little bit of exercise. My highest reading in the last two weeks was 125, and I started out in the hospital in March with a reading of 1400 and a A1C of 13. So I am taking this very serious and following all instructions.
I need to lose a additional 60 – 70 pounds, I started at 213 and I am now down to 196, since March 2009.
My questions are:
About how long will this take to lose? Very limited exercise due to a different medical condition. But I do as much as I can, it just isn’t a lot.
And how often should I weigh myself?
BTW, I gave my weight but not my height. I am 5′0″ and 44 years old.

Will varying food types and calories per day help weight loss?

I’ve read that if you vary your calorie intake each day like 2 days of low calorie then a high calorie day then 3 low calorie and 1 cheat day it helps you lose weight. But does it help to vary your food types as well? I read this somewhere but I am not sure. . Like if I had protein and dairy one day fruits and vegetables the next etc. . .
And what about meal times should those vary as well?

3 Super Quick Weight Loss Tips That Help You Quickly Lose Weight
No Comments

We all reach that point when we are ready to lose the weight NOW! This article helps you get the weight off quickly by sharing 3 super quick weight loss tips. These tips will jump start your diet and get you moving in the most effective way. 1. Exercise smart for maximum results. All exercise is not created equal when your goal is quick weight loss. To get the fastest results add peaks of high intensity to your aerobic workout session. Warm up for 5 minutes at a slow pace then take a few minutes to amp up until you are working a maximum effort and then spend a few minutes at a moderate pace before charging up again. 2. Get your diet off to a fast start. One of the best quick weight loss tips that will have you seeing results within days is to jump start your diet by shifting your carbohydrate intake. Simply finish eating your carbohydrate foods by lunchtime and switch to proteins and veggies in the afternoon and evening. The benefits will be a quick release of water weight and also you will make your body more efficient at burning body fat for energy since it will not have carbohydrates to burn. 3. Keep your calories low but learn how to “cheat”. The last thing you expect to work for weight loss is cheating but it is what you need to keep your fat burning metabolism running strong. The problem with keeping your calories low for a long time is that your body reads this as starvation and puts the brakes on your metabolism. You can outsmart your body by adding one high calorie “cheat meal” to your low calorie week. This convinces the body that there is food available and it jumps your metabolism back into gear. Your body will hold a bit of water from your meal but your higher metabolism will easily wash this away. Use these 3 super quick weight loss tips to get the results you want fast.
