Every day at this week I would exercise and eat regular (not so high calories) foods and I would gain the same weight I lost with exercise. Yesterday I didnt exercise and the next day I actually lost weight?Those this mean I should have rest days or what?

Yup! There is a diet called the “Day Off Diet” where you exercise everyday of the week and take one day off. What it does is fire up your metabolism and the next day it helps you to burn fat faster. But don’t be deceived- your scale can be messed up, or your reading it wrong

Yes, this is true. Try not to weigh yourself that often either that is discouraging try weighing maybe once a month and if you cannot do that, then maybe only once a week!
