My uncle said that after having taken either protein powder or weight gain (I can’t remember which) his heart rate was different or something like that. Are there any known side effects to protein powder or weight gain? BTW sorry I can’t remember the details, this was a while ago. Oh and the weight gain/protein powder I use is a well known official brand.
