I have been running ever since Dec 27, 2009. I run about AT LEAST twice a week and AT MOST five or six times for 45 minutes on the treadmill. I was at 115 when I started running. Now I am at 110 lbs. I am 5 feet tall. I have begun forming abs on my stomach and muscles on my legs. . .
