I’m 14 years old and am a llittle chunky, over the summer i want to lose weight. I play outside everyday for hours, im going to start lifting to get arm muscle then tone it. I also want to start getting abs and im doing 100 crunches a day now. I think i get enough exercise but my parents arent up for healthy foods so what should i do, diet is a very important part of being healthy.

I’m 5′2, 150 pounds, and 14 years old. The school year will be starting in a little less that 5 weeks and I would like to lose weight before school. My goal weight is 125 pounds, and then after I reach my goal possibly losing an extra 10 pounds to be 115.
